• Any bank/payment gateway charges, taxes or administrative fees may be deducted from the refundable amount.
• In case of cancellation due to circumstances beyond the traveller's control, the refund will depend on the policies of the respective suppliers.

• Travellers are responsible for carrying valid identity documents and required travel documents.
• Any additional expenses arising from delays, changes, cancellations or circumstances beyond the service provider's control will be borne by the traveller, where applicable.
• Unused services, missed sightseeing, meals or transfers are generally non-refundable.
• Early check-out or shortening the trip after commencement of travel does not automatically qualify for a refund.
• Cancellation and refund requests will be handled according to the applicable cancellation policy and supplier terms.
• Any special requests such as room preferences, early check-in, late check-out, adjoining rooms or specific hotel requests are subject to availability.
• Travellers must follow the rules and regulations of hotels, transport providers, attractions and local authorities.
• The company will not be responsible for loss, theft or damage to passengers' personal belongings.
