- Hotel bookings
- Transport & sightseeing services
- Customized travel itineraries
- Holiday planning & support
- Travel assistance before, during & after the journey
All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
3. Use of the Website
By using this website, you agree that:

- You will use the website for lawful purposes only
- All information you provide is accurate and complete
- You will not attempt to disrupt website operations
- You will not misuse travel content, pricing, or resources

4. Booking Policy
A. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only when:
- Advance payment is received, and
- A confirmation email/voucher is issued by IndiaTrip.co.in
B. Accuracy of Traveler Details
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of:
- Names (as per government ID)
- Travel dates
- Special requests
- Contact details
Changes may incur additional charges.
5. Payment Policy
A. Advance Payment
- A minimum advance (typically 25%–50%) is required to process the booking.
- Full payment may be required for certain hotels, peak dates, flights, or last-minute bookings.
B. Full Payment Deadline
- 100% payment must be completed before travel dates.
- Failure to pay may result in automatic cancellation without refund.
C. Payment Methods
We accept:
- Bank Transfers
- UPI Payments
- Credit/Debit Cards (via secure payment gateway)
- Wallet payments (if available)
Extra charges may apply as per gateway rules.
6. Pricing Policy
A. Price Changes
Prices may change due to:
- Hotel/airline revisions
- Seasonal fluctuations
- Government taxes
- Availability constraints
- Fuel surcharges
We will notify you of any such changes before final confirmation.
B. Inclusions & Exclusions
Each package clearly mentions its inclusions/exclusions.
Optional activities are charged separately.
7. Cancellation & Refund Policy
A. Cancellation by the Customer
Cancellation charges depend on:
- Hotel policies
- Airline rules
- Vendor terms
- Time remaining before travel
Typical charges:
- 30 days before: 20%
- 15–29 days: 50%
- 7–14 days: 75%
- Less than 7 days: 100% (Non-refundable)
Flights are always governed by airline policies.
B. No-Show
Failure to appear for travel results in 100% cancellation charges.
C. Cancellation by Company
If services cannot be provided due to operational issues, we may:
- Offer an alternative package
- Provide refund for the unutilized portion
- Assist with rescheduling
No compensation is payable for circumstances beyond our control.
8. Amendments & Rescheduling
Any modification requested by the traveler is subject to:
- Availability
- Supplier approval
- Possible fare/hotel difference
- Service amendment charges
We do not guarantee approval of last-minute changes.
9. Travel Documents & Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring:
- Valid government-issued ID
- Correct spellings for all travelers
- Travel permits (if required for certain states)
- Fitness for travel
- Adherence to hotel/transport rules
- Safe behavior during travel
We are not liable for travel delays caused due to missing documents or incorrect information.
10. Hotels, Transport & Third-Party Services
A. Hotels
- Check-in/out times are governed by hotel policy.
- Room allocation is done by the hotel.
- Early check-in/late checkout is chargeable.
- Amenities may differ between hotels.
B. Transport
- Vehicle type is as per package.
- AC may not function in hilly areas.
- Routes and timings depend on local conditions.
C. Third-Party Responsibility
IndiaTrip.co.in acts as an agent; liabilities for services provided by third parties rest with the respective suppliers.
11. Unforeseen Circumstances (Force Majeure)
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or losses caused by:
- Natural calamities
- Weather issues
- Pandemic/epidemic restrictions
- Political unrest
- War or civil disturbances
- Technical failures
- Flight delays or cancellations
- Government regulations
Refunds in such scenarios are subject to supplier rules only.
12. Health, Safety & Conduct
Customers must:
- Follow local laws
- Maintain respectful behavior
- Not indulge in unlawful activities
- Inform us of medical conditions before booking
We reserve the right to refuse service to any person engaging in unsafe or disruptive behavior.
13. Limitation of Liability

- Injuries, loss of property, or illness
- Flight delays, baggage losses, or schedule changes
- Hotel service issues
- Acts of negligence by suppliers
- Traveler’s personal mistakes or delays
- Missed sightseeing due to natural or operational reasons
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid to us for the specific booking.
14. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on IndiaTrip.co.in including text, images, itineraries, logos, and designs is owned by TICKET N TRIP.
Unauthorized copying, modification, selling, or reproduction is prohibited.
15. Fraud Prevention & Verification
We may request verification such as:
- ID proof
- Payment confirmation
- Email or phone validation
This ensures secure transactions and prevents misuse.
16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Ahmedabad, India, where TICKET N TRIP is registered.
