Welcome to IndiaTrip.co.in, a dedicated India travel service owned and operated by TICKET N TRIP. By accessing, browsing, or using our website, services, and booking platforms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this User Agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue the use of our website and services immediately.

1. Definitions

  • “Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to TICKET N TRIP and its brand IndiaTrip.co.in.
  • “User”, “You”, “Your” refers to any customer, traveler, visitor, or individual using our platform.
  • “Service(s)” refers to travel bookings, holiday packages, itineraries, consultations, hotel reservations, transportation, and all travel-related offerings.
  • “Third Parties” refers to hotels, transport operators, airlines, activity providers, DMCs, and external partners.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using IndiaTrip.co.in, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
  • You are using the website in compliance with applicable laws.
  • All information you provide is accurate and up-to-date.

3. Use of the Website

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
  • Copy, modify, or distribute website content without permission.
  • Interfere with website operations or attempt unauthorized access.
  • Post harmful, misleading, or offensive content.

We reserve the right to restrict access, suspend accounts, or take legal action for misuse.

4. Booking Terms

When you make a booking through IndiaTrip.co.in:

  • You enter a binding contract with the Company and/or the respective third-party supplier.
  • Prices are subject to availability, seasonal variation, government taxes, and service charges.
  • Final confirmation is issued only upon successful payment and receipt of vouchers.
  • The Company is not responsible for travelers failing to comply with documentation (ID, permits, etc.)

5. Payments

  • All bookings require payments as per the package’s defined schedule.
  • The Company may cancel unpaid or partially paid bookings without prior notice.
  • Prices may change due to fluctuations in taxes, hotel rates, or supplier charges.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal information during booking.
  • Follow instructions, reporting times, and safety guidelines during the trip.
  • Ensure valid ID documents are carried as required by law.
  • Respect local customs, rules, and behavior norms while traveling.

7. Travel Documents & Compliance

The User is solely responsible for:

  • Carrying valid government ID (Aadhaar, Passport, PAN, etc.).
  • Following hotel check-in rules, including mandatory ID for all guests.
  • Complying with state-specific travel regulations, permits, and advisories.

8. Third-Party Suppliers

IndiaTrip.co.in works with trusted external partners.
However, we are not liable for:

  • Acts or omissions of third-party service providers.
  • Changes in schedules, closures, weather-related disruptions, or operational decisions.
  • Service quality beyond what is promised in the voucher.

We facilitate reservations but do not control third-party operations.

9. Changes, Amendments & Cancellations

All changes or cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and supplier-specific rules.

  • Modifications are subject to availability and additional charges.
  • Last-minute changes may not be possible.
  • Force majeure events (weather, strikes, natural calamities, unrest) may affect itineraries without compensation.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on IndiaTrip.co.in — including text, images, logos, designs, and layout — is protected under copyright laws.

You may not:

  • Copy or reproduce content without written permission.
  • Use trademarks such as “IndiaTrip.co.in” or “TICKET N TRIP” without authorization.

11. Limitation of Liability

IndiaTrip.co.in and TICKET N TRIP shall not be liable for:

  • Losses due to delays, natural calamities, strikes, or safety incidents.
  • Loss of personal belongings, travel documents, or valuables.
  • Damages resulting from third-party errors, over bookings, or service failures.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

The User agrees to travel at their own risk and responsibility.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IndiaTrip.co.in, TICKET N TRIP, employees, partners, and affiliates from:

  • Claims, demands, legal fees, or losses arising from your misuse of the website or services.
  • Violations of this User Agreement or third-party rights.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using the website, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described there.

14. Updates to the Agreement

We may modify or update this User Agreement at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the website implies acceptance of the revised terms.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, India.
